Jennifer L. Harder teaches in the water resources programs at McGeorge School of Law and previously at UC Davis School of Law, where she was nominated for a Distinguished Teaching Award. Jennifer designs and teaches online courses in water resources and environmental law, and is co-author of the pending 9th edition of Cases and Materials in Water Law (West Publishing, forthcoming 2014) (G. Weber, J. Harder and B. Beardon).
Jennifer previously worked as an attorney and partner in the Water Group at Downey Brand LLP, Sacramento. Recent presentations include: California Water Law 101 for the 2013 California Water Law Symposium, the Association of Environmental Professionals, and the King Hall Water Law Association; Reasonable Use in the 21st Century for the Association of California Water Agencies; and Water Neutral Development for the McGeorge Law Review Symposium (pending 2014). Jennifer serves as a faculty advisor for the California Water Law Journal, and the California Water Law Symposium.
